Forrest House, Lopez Community Land Trust

Lopez Community Land Trust’s Forrest House project is a single-family residential development on Lopez Island currently under construction. Forrest House is expected to be completed in 2025 and will be sold to a moderate-income household working in the local food system. LCLT will maintain the home as permanently affordable through a 99-year renewable ground lease.
